These calendars have been part of Mellen since the beginning – it is crazy to watch how my art has changed through the years. When I started out I had such little experience and was really learning as I went along… can’t say that’s still not the case sometimes!
I use custom art and ideas created throughout the year for inspiration as I design these. It is exciting for me to see what makes it on each month. I love the sassy cheetah print lady and the design on the butterfly too. Confession: I used to draw butterflies for days… Lisa Frank anyone?!
