What is your before bed routine?
I am desperately trying to get one down.
Ideally, I would like to go to bed early and rise early – that’s bed by 10 p.m. up by 5:30 a.m. I think this has happened twice since the beginning of 2016 and most likely not in conjunction.
Do you start making plans and then as the day winds down, you’re sitting there on the couch and you just don’t want to do anything but scroll through your phone and watch the latest popular tv series? That’s what I find myself doing. I hate it… but I love it!
Ultimately I want my before bed routine to include more time for reading. I love to read, but it always gets pushed to last priority. I’m working on that – sacrifice watching Beyonce on repeat for a chapter or two, hmmmmm?

I enjoyed reading through but am still trying to find what works for me and my family. Thanks to Jaime King I will stop foregoing the evening cleanse. Thanks to Blake Lively I may stop feeling so bad for hot chocolate in the mornings!
